Mary Margaret Fonow is the Norton and Ramsey Professor of Social Transformation and Women and Gender Studies at Arizona State University. Her research and teaching interests include feminist epistemology, theory and methodology and the labor movement. She is the author of 'Union Women: Forging Feminism in the United Steelworkers of America' and 'Making Feminist Politics: Transnational Alliances between Women and Labor'. She teaches a course on transformational leadership and embodied activism.
